NCO Retreat Day 2

Ta jia hao! Here's the update for our NCO Retreat Day 2. Once again, sorry for dragging. So our Day 2 is pretty much exciting, wanna know why? Continue reading (: Enjoy! Day 2 8th December 2010 We are supposed to wake up at 7am for devotion but some of us woke up earlier to bath because in the whole "house" there are only ONE bathroom that has a water heater. There are TWO bathrooms by the way which means some of us had to use the bathroom without the heater. Who want to bath with cold freezing water at 7am in the morning?! So yeahh, some of them woke up early (: Everyone got ready and we took a group photo before heading out!   Our first stop for Day 2 is The Eagle Square. For a certain someone, this stop would change his life. Haha dramatic much? You'll know why later. So we then got off our car/van and walked there.       I am sooooo sorry. This is the wrongest angle ever. OOPS! My fault.      We took lots and lots of pictures and then all of a sudden, we were told to gather under the urmm Eagle statue, so all of us sat down and our Captain Jonathan told us that there's gonna be a promotion (!!!) Everyone was like "Is it me?! Is it me?!" "Who?! WHO?!!" Then he said "This is gonna be a Corporal promotion. We found out that he's prepared and improved in attitude wise, leadership wise etc. This person is none other than our very own Jacky Tan!" *applause*   Our new promoted Corporal Jacky was in major shock. He even cried. He told us this promotion is too sudden. Like it just came out of nowhere and none of us NCOs or Primers knew anything about this so we were shocked there's gonna be a promotion too.  Tears of joy huh Jacky?     CONGRATULATIONS CORPORAL JACKY TAN It's like a tradition or something. As usual we took a group photo before leaving the Eagle Square. Asked a random stranger for the first time and got rejected. Wahh glared at us some more. Never mind, we forgive and forget. Then we asked another stranger the second time. This time the stranger agreed. How kind. THANKS!  In 17th Penang, We are a FAMILY. I love my BB Family, do you? (: Then we went to the Galeri Perdana. It's like a Museum where all the gifts and awards Yang Amat Berhormat Dato' Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad himself received is displayed there. Know more about Galeri Perdana here. We weren't allow to bring our cameras inside so we just took a group photo outside to prove that we visited this place before :D   Our Third stop is to the BEACH! Wooh! The main reason why we visit this beach is to snap photos. HAHAHA so here are the photos!      We then wanted to try to snap the High School Musical Jumping shot.  Epic fail!  Okay this is much better :DD  Looks like someone is hungry! Nom nom nomm      Trust me, you don't want to know what happened to this poor little crab. It died. Haha and the story of how it died and the killer remain anonymous. Haha Next stop, the black sand beach. Which is also the only beach in Langkawi that has sands that are black in colour. Don't believe me? Look for it yourself then.        TADAHH! Proven it's black :D    Then then we went for lunch because everyone was already starving. I guess you can see that in the pictures above. Hahaha  Red and orange, yellow and blue. Look at the camera and say KUNG FU! Okay that doesn't make any sense. Well :D Then we went to this waterfall place to play of course. Before reaching the waterfall, there's one part where we have to walk up the slanting road. Tired and exhausted. After walking up halfway, we then realised there's a staircase just right beside -.- Oh well it's too late to turn back so we continue walking. Then we finally reached the top! Got changed and walked towards the waterfall area.
      Free massage system.   Just keep swimming, just keep swimming. Just keep swimming swimming swimming.  Some of us did not get into the water so they took pictures and pictures the whole time hahaha.        We didn't stay for a long period. They got up after just 15minutes and they have to change and continue our route to the Cable car       Sunbathing in public LOL  We then went on ourselves to shop/look at the animals and just look around the place. It's so pretty and there are a lot of tourists there. Some of us bought shades/clothes even slippers. Haha we then went to dinner with our Future pilot/Former chairman/Sergeant Isaac!  Everyone was tired and hungry and exhausted and sweaty and smelly. Yuck but we sure had a great time together despite all those tired-ness etc (: During dinner with Isaac, we bumped into Corporal Jason again. Hello! Ada jodoh :D After dinner we went to a nearby beach to watch the sunset together. Haha    Enjoying the sunset with our family members.  Such a beautiful sunset. Don't you agree?      We stand together as ONE company! 17th Penang all the way!  Our classic High School Musical jumping shot again! Better than HSM alright :D  The sand was all muddy looking and the water was about to wash away our "BB 17thPng" away :( But we managed to snap a shot. Please ignore our weird looking feet. Thank you hahaha Before we knew it, the sky was already dark and we headed to the Night market area near our apartment. It rained after that and all of us need to use the toilet desperately so we quickly went back to our apartment. When we reach, everyone was snatching to use the toilet. Haha guess we ate too much of chocolates ay? For supper, again we went down the the Seven-eleven store for instant noodles. Then we went to dreamland. The second night wasn't that bad.
